EME 610 Trends and Issues Instructional Design
For this project, I picked the Synthetic Training Environment (STE) as my trend. I focused my presentation on the advantages that STE presents in the Instructional Design field. As a former Sergeant in the United States Army, the STE is the state-of-the-art training that includes a rapid iterative process to study new methods to accomplish more accurate results while keeping soldiers safe.
